Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item; a 15% admin fee applies to refunds due to change of mind. To be eligible, your item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with proof of purchase. 

Damaged or incorrect items should be reported upon receipt for prompt resolution. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting your return, with any delays beyond 15 business days to be addressed by contacting us at treehousetimberflooring@outlook.com."
